DO I HAVE TO CLEAN BEFORE OUR SESSION?
No, there’s no need to clean or prepare anything. Please keep your space just as it is - seeing how it looks on a normal day helps me create systems that fit your real routines.
DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN SESSIONS?
You don’t have to participate the whole time.
You’re welcome to be as involved as you’d like. Many clients enjoy being part of the process because it helps them understand the systems we create and feel confident maintaining them afterward.
I will never throw anything away without your permission. We’ll set aside time to review belongings together, or I can leave small “decision piles” for you to look through on your own between sessions if that feels more comfortable.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE?
You can pay me at the end of our session.
I accept cash, Zelle & checks.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OUR APPOINTMENT?
I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
